What does Master of transmutation do?
Any alchemist will tell you that matter is malleable, any substance can be transformed into another – but nothing is really created or destroyed. Transmutation Mastery is a specialization of Alchemy. It allows an alchemist to sometimes create an additional item when transmuting materials.
How do you get the transmute master in TBC?

Nope. Swap to transmute master and enjoy the added procs on old mats that are still used.
Is Alchemy TBC worth it?
Alchemy. Alchemy in TBC is a strong profession for making gold. Transmutes like Primal Might will hold a lot of value throughout the game, and early on, many players will be willing to spend large sums of gold to get them. And new Alchemist Stones can be used as trinkets that can be useful for healers situationally.

This is the most expensive of all three Alchemy specializations because the raw materials of Primal Might are very expensive and they can be transmuted only once every 20 hours.

Creating Primal Mooncloth requires 1 Bolt of Imbued Netherweave, 1 Primal Life and 1 Primal Water and has a 3 day 20 hour cooldown. In addition, Primal Mooncloth can only be created at a Moonwell and grants the Moonwell Restoration buff when crafted.
