Can you have low BBT and still be pregnant?
While you’re more likely to see a one-day temperature drop if you’re pregnant, it’s not a definitive sign of being pregnant. You might see a small dip on your chart almost every month on the seventh or eighth day after you ovulate.
Why are my temps so low after ovulation?
It is normal for temperatures to drop about 12-14 days into the luteal phase (the day or two before the period) – this indicates decreasing progesterone levels and the onset of menses – but if BBT drops rapidly and continuously after ovulation, Kidney yang and Spleen qi tend to be deficient (See Figure 2.7).
What should your temperature be if you have conceived?

How long does it take for temp to rise after ovulation?
